Our Pigs are crossbred with Tamworth being the dominate bloodline but also including Berkshire and Duroc. Like our cattle we raise our Pork in a low-stress, natural environment and treat them humanely from birth to market. We do not confine our animals indoors except to protect their welfare or pastures for brief periods such as prior to and during birthing, or during extreme weather conditions. We try to raise them as close as we can to how they would naturally live. Our Pork is Dry Aged and has deeper, richer, or more complex flavor than factory-farmed meat does. All our meats are raised without antibiotic, steroids or added hormones.
